The motion control area contains grating data area, platform control area and light source control area. The three operate together to complete the platform control and image detection to ensure a stable and safe inspection process.

The software is equipped with a variety of platform movement control modes, such as basic 3-axis directional control mode, drag-and-drop platform control mode, movement control button mode, and double-click positioning control mode.

Three axes can be self-setting platform moving step, safe and stable control of platform movement, while avoiding misoperation caused by machine damage, convenient for fine adjustment. The soft limit can be set according to the height of the product to prevent the personnel from misoperation and impact on the workpiece.

Electric control system

The electric control system is divided into manual machine-specific control system and automatic machine-specific control system to meet the needs of various models.

Equipped with emergency stop function, it can stop quickly in the process of high-speed operation, effectively guaranteeing the safety of the equipment and prolonging the service life.

The system comes with settings to intelligently and efficiently control machine operation in unexpected situations such as machine control failure, primitive detection failure, out-of-tolerance primitives, and so on.

Optical System

The imager provides three kinds of light sources, namely, contour light, falling light and coaxial light, which can provide flexible illumination according to different types of workpieces, with high clarity and more accurate detection.

1, LED cold light source: 50,000 hours of continuous illumination and the heat generated by the bulb will not be transmitted to the measured workpiece, ensuring the accuracy of detection.

2、Auto-lighting technology provides brightness adjustment for the inspection workpiece. Auto-focus is by adjusting the height of the lens to make it focus accurately, so that the workpiece imaging is clearer.
